NATIONWIDE DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA)
We proudly deliver Forever arrangements Australia-wide for FREE via Standard Shipping.
Standard (Free): 2–8 business days, depending on location (WA, QLD, TAS, and some remote areas may take a little longer).
Express (1–3 business days): $19.95
📦 Orders are usually dispatched within 1 - 2 business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on couriers.
SPECIFIC DAY DELIVERY
For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, or other special dates, guaranteed delivery is only available within Adelaide Metro as they make take longer for outside of SA.
🚫 Regional SA, Nationwide, and International orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive on a specific date, as courier delays are outside our control.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We ship worldwide with flat rates:
Australia Post International (approx. 10–15 business days): $50
Standard Flat Rate to NZ $25

Are shipping delays or courier issues refundable?
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Items marked as delivered by the courier
Once an order is with the courier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.

Return & Refund
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our luxury floral arrangements, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Each piece is carefully curated and handled with the utmost care.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order has been placed, it begins processing immediately. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee cancellations or changes after checkout.
What about custom or made-to-order arrangements?
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. These designs are created exclusively for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item and original packaging
After review, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, where appropriate.
Are natural variations considered faults?
No. Our preserved, dried, and artificial florals may feature natural variations in colour, texture, and form. These variations are part of the design and are not considered faults.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Do you do local delivery or pick up?
You can come and pick up your arrangement, order via email or instagram DM only. Pick up at Andrews Farm, South Australia 5114.
Local Adelaide deliveries available, please order via email. Delivery fees apply.
